As the founder of Care Deeply Consulting, Christopher Arnold has curated a community of leadership coaches and talent consultants who want to create high-performance leaders and teams using care as a their competitive advantage. Together, hey support executives and HR leaders with the design and implementation of leadership development programs targeted at improving employee engagement and company performance.
As a leader in the conscious business movement, Christopher has served as President of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center and as an organizer for B2B B Corps.

Nancy Holtze
Nancy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), ranking in the top 3% of coaches worldwide. With over 12,000 hours of coaching experience, she combines extensive training and real-world management expertise to deliver impactful, results-driven coaching that accelerates leadership success. Nancy has worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, nonprofits, education, manufacturing and healthcare. As a facilitator of leadership development programs, she helps leaders and teams not just survive, but thrive, by fostering cultures of trust and belonging where employees feel valued and empowered.
